Looking for a charming, rustic venue for your special day? Sweet Meadow Farm and Home Place offers the Signature Package, tailored to make your wedding day as seamless and memorable as possible.

Serving West Georgia and surrounding areas, our venue provides everything you need, from a dedicated Day of Wedding Coordinator to a fully-equipped reception space. Our signature package includes:

• Day of wedding coordinator for all venue activities
• Access to the property for engagement photos
• One two-hour meeting for layout design and day-of details
• Full property access from 9:00am-10:00pm
• Catering walkthrough for your caterer

What to Expect on Your Day

Our diverse services cater to every aspect of your wedding day, ensuring you and your guests have an unforgettable experience.

Rehearsal Day

We offer our space for your rehearsal day, where you can also book your rehearsal dinner for an additional charge. Your rehearsal ceremony will be an hour and a half, chosen by you and set up by your "day of" coordinator.

Carriage House

Our Carriage House Includes:

• Groom’s suite with yard games and TV
  
• Groom’s restroom (shower facility not available)
  
• Bridal suite with private balcony and an ensuite restroom
  
• Clothing steamer, first aid, and emergency essentials
  
• Bridal suite restroom (shower facilities not available)
  
• Seasonal meal provided. Refer to the contract as to who is included.
  
• Available for additional guests at an additional charge with management approval
  
• We recommend bringing your own cups, coolers, and ice for any drinks you plan on enjoying throughout the day. Guests can store them on the porches.

Pre-Ceremony and Parking

We want to make sure that you are taken care of, even before the event has even started. Pre-ceremony, there will be 2-3 staff members directing guests and shuttling those who need assistance. There will be ice water and disposable cups, with a small table for the guests upon arrival.

Ceremony Space

Here's a list of information about the ceremony space:

• Wooden benches for ceremony seating (Please see contract for amount provided.)
  
• Battery and inverter for power at ceremony table with linen for DJ or ceremony musician
  
• Shuttle for elderly and physically challenged guests
  
• Golf carts available for bride, groom, and our recommended photographers after ceremony for photos
  
• Loft space available as backup ceremony, with a seating capacity of 165 people maximum

Catering

We will make sure your food stays fresh throughout the day for you and your guests. Our catering capabilities are as follows:

• Complete furniture supply available
  
• Prep area with sink and refrigerator
  
• 2’ x 7 ½’ wooden tables for food
  
• One wooden bar for alcohol and beverages (93” by 27” by 48” high)
  
• Secondary birch bar (6’ by 17’ top and 46” high)
  
• One 6’ table with black linen for bar service
  
• One black bar back shelf
  
• Two large coolers for ice storage
• One rolling ice cooler
  
• One small chest freezer in kitchen area

Reception Space

Here's all you need to know about our reception space:

• Ten to 12 wooden farm tables (9 feet long by 33 inches wide) seating 10 each
  
• Round tables if additional seating is contracted
  
• (60” rounds seat 10, or eight with place settings)
  
• Ancillary tables
  
• Staff to direct guests, vendors, monitor restrooms, assist with gas flow, and light candles
  
• Seasonal decor in barn and lounge areas included (Please note, decor is changed and may not be exactly as it was in the walkthrough.)
